Just another storm-filled day here in mid-Missouri. The photos I’m sharing are thankfully from indoors, taken on Monday. We had just finished with dear hubby’s latest procedure when this set of doors caught our attention.
These are photos of the Danforth Chapel at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. This chapel was dedicated in 1950, funded by the Danforth Foundation which focused in part on funding several Danforth Chapels. Fifteen on college and university campuses as well as nine others; 24 all-faith chapels in total. Click each photo below for full size views.

These spaces provide a wonderful space for prayer and meditation. I like to think of it as a quiet place to hear my God’s still, small voice.
Thanks for taking time out of your schedule to visit this week’s Thursday Doors entry. I do hope you’ll visit our host Dan @NoFacilities as well other entrants for this week!
