A Little Irish Flair

Keeping my contribution to a smaller size this Thursday Doors post. But before I go further, be sure to click the blue letters to visit other links in the post. There are so many contributors each week that deserve much recognition. Plus door pics are always great! Thanks to Dan @NoFacilities for hosting all of us each week!

Now, for the other content……

I really like this photo! It’s a 1916 church in Prairie Home, Missouri, according to my daughter who graciously contributed this one. I’m scratching the bottom of the pile for a bit longer. (Thank goodness for my co-conspirator!) As of 2022, Prairie Home had a population of about 215.

Next is a little precursor to a video…

Found a hidden door in the quilt top I finished yesterday. In case you didn’t know, I’ve acquired several quilt tops via an estate sale and have been working on completing each of them. This one has a little Irish flair — hence the blog title for this post.

Fair warning, banjo music inserted. You are in control of your own volume. 😉

New Item Alert!

  1. Wooden buildings look so much nicer compared to other materials. Love the little house added to the quilt. How great you are rescuing and finishing quilts from an estate sale! Love that! Beautiful WR quilt and fabulous quilting.
