Crick-Christians Funeral Home was established in 1932. Located in Lindsborg, Kansas, it was originally the residence of C. R. Carlson who built it in 1885. It’s had quite a few different owners over the years. It’s good to find out that each has done well choosing its successors. I have attached a link to the site here for more details and some older photos of the home. Looking pretty good after nearly 140 years!
Dear Hubs acquired a passel of quilt tops for me back in 2019 before the world turned upside down. The following is one I recently finished and is available in the Etsy shop. But first you may want to know the song I’m playing: “All the Good Times Are Past and Gone”. It’s a typical, mournful kind of song – appropriate for Halloween in my humble opinion. Great doors and I enjoyed the music. The quilt is beautiful.
With respect to the blur, I have opened a case with the Happiness Engineers, but so far, they’re casting it as a necessary feature (even though we did quite well without it before). I suggested they should allow us to decide whether or not we want to use it.
