One more day of this heat! Or so they say. But I did finish a table runner and it’s growing on me. I was ready to toss it out until an old idea came to me. Buttons.

The final result is done. I could definitely have added more buttons but just these took a whole afternoon to sew on by hand. I stuck with red, blue and black buttons. I think it turned out ‘better than expected.’ Look for it in the shop this week!
