With a week of appointments headed my way, I’ve decided I’ll be needing a take-along project. And I also decided I am going to give coordinating fabrics a try. Now, don’t get me wrong. I love using up scraps of fabric. I’m most definitely a waste-not-want-not kinda gal. But there won’t be much wasted from these fabrics I’ve chosen for this next undertaking.

I’m not drawn to the purple fabric shades very often. But I really loved the florals in this set! The combination seems very nicely done. And the colors are so rich! Looking forward to finding out how they look placed together. Below are various photos to show the stages of creating with hexies in the English Paper Piecing style. Also called EPP.
