With all the hubbub about that supermoon, of course I had to take at least one photo.
I’m sorry, but not really impressed that much. With the photo I mean. 😉
In order to collect some material for Thursday Doors, we took an evening drive through the one and only Downtown Sedalia.
I can’t tell you what resides behind this door. It could be a residence for all I know.
But I can assure you, the owl is not real.
I wonder if it really keeps the pigeons away??
I didn’t get any photos of the supermoon, either, as my Nikon is out of commission right now. I like the simplicity of the building you shot.

As I am still learning my camera I didn’t get good photos of the moon either. I love the doors.

That is a nice building and the night time lighting makes for a really cool effect 🙂

Some people here put a fake owl on their boat to keep the birds from flying over and dropping their poop on it. Not sure if it works, as I saw a white streak down one of the owls wings on one boat, lol.

Stark contrast — faux owl is perfectly suited 🙂

I had one good look at the moon, but every time I went out to see it with our son so he could tell his science teacher….I don’t know where that moon went but it wasn’t anywhere we could see it! The first morning I saw it was pretty awesome – but I have no witnesses to that account!
